          PONY Baseball and Softball is proud to announce that South Bay PONY Baseball will serve as the host of the Mustang-9 World Series for 2026 and 2027 in beautiful Manhattan Beach, California.
         &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           Located along the Pacific coast in Los Angeles County, Manhattan Beach is one of Southern California’s most iconic beach communities. Known for its scenic coastline, vibrant downtown district, historic pier, and welcoming atmosphere, the city offers visitors a premier destination for youth baseball and family experiences alike. Manhattan Beach is part of the South Bay region and has long been recognized for its rich history, strong community culture, and deep connection to recreation and youth sports.
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           “South Bay PONY Baseball is beyond excited to be selected to host the Mustang 9 World Series,” said Scott Champagne, President of South Bay PONY Baseball. “We love traveling around the West Zone playing All Stars Tournaments against some of the best youth baseball players in the world. We cherish the friendships we make with players, coaches, and volunteers from PONY Leagues all over our Region. We can't wait to welcome the Zone Champions from around the world to our little slice of heaven in Manhattan Beach, California, for an unforgettable weekend of baseball, camaraderie, food, and festivities.”

           South Bay PONY Baseball has served the local community since 1984 and is a volunteer-led youth baseball league providing fun and friendly competition for boys and girls ages 4-14.
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           The league has become one of Southern California’s premier and fastest-growing youth baseball organizations, annually serving more than 900 players across 83 teams from Foal through Pony divisions.
          &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
           “I am thrilled to announce that the South Bay PONY Baseball has formally signed a two-year agreement to host the Mustang-9 World Series for 2026 and 2027,” said Steve Workman, West Zone Vice President. “With over 900 players and 83 teams annually, ranging from Foal to Pony, South Bay PONY Baseball in Manhattan Beach is one of Southern California’s fastest growing and premier leagues. Just minutes south of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), the league is located within the heart of the South Bay community, a laid-back, family-friendly vacation destination. From its iconic pier to its pristine beaches, a walkable downtown area filled with an abundance of shopping and restaurant choices, Manhattan Beach is consistently ranked among the top 10 places to live, work, and visit in Southern California. I am confident you will find that South Bay PONY Baseball will be an excellent location to host the Mustang-9 World Series, and we look forward to a lasting partnership with Scott Champagne, Brad Spahr, and the entire South Bay PONY Baseball Board of Directors.”
